Are you a Journeyman Electrician?
Texas State Journeyman License or not, we have a proven evaluation that will highlight your strengths in the electrical field. WE WILL PAY YOU ON YOUR STRENGTHS!!
Base pay for a Journeyman is $44.51 which includes Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, and Vision Insurance at ZERO additional cost to the worker. Also included is a handful of Retirement Plans that the Employer you will be working for pays for you. Nothing comes out of your paycheck!
Advancing yourself such as Foreman pay and General Foreman pay are also available to you.
We do not just stop there. We also offer Nighttime Classes to advance your education in the Electrical Trade. Examples of classes are Instrumentation Certification, Motor Controls, Transformer and Grounding, NEC Code Updates and even a Conduit Bending class.
Are you a Helper/Apprentice?
We have six levels of pay for an Apprentice. Pay rates are between $20.16 – $36.91 which includes Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance at ZERO cost to the worker. Also included is a handful of Retirement Plans that the Employer will pay for you.
Advancements to each pay level will include 2,000 working hours.
We also offer Nighttime Classes that will cater to your inexperience(s) out in the field and also those class credits will be added to your “working hours” for advancement in pay levels.
